A Wolf is Adopted in name of the SOTWM

From the Website of Psychological Thriller/Horror Author Kristy Tallman:

After spending much time with a good friend of mine Rob Carroll who went to visit the Wild Spirit Wolf Sanctuary a non-profit organization dedicated to providing permanent, safe sanctuary for abused and abandoned captive-bred wolves and wolf-dogs, he had me hooked and all he did was show me his pictures and tell me of his experience with the wolves.

I found their website and found that they are in need of help as all non-profit organizations are but this to me is a very special thing to do. I would love a wolf companion but know their place is in the wild as God intended and I so appreciate what these folks are doing. I’m sure even with donations much money as with the Spirit of the Wolf Movement comes from their own pockets to ensure that the mission goes on.

Thunder - One Of The Wolves At the WSWS

They have so many wolves that need help – and you can be a part of helping them just as we have chosen to do. I do not know the wolf we will be adopting but when I do I will surely post his/her picture up here for all to see. The Wolf is a very sacred spiritual animal to the Native Americans and should be to all people; however the wolf to the Native Americans is the teacher of new ideas and wisdom; shows intense loyalty with a balance of independence. Teaches cooperation, protectiveness and the value of extended families.

They have a very huge endeavor as many people think that they would like to have a wolf as a pet or even part wolf but wolves are creatures of nature not houses. They are not born to be tamed but born to be an essential part of the course of Mother Earths greater plan. I hope if anything by posting this that you will see the need to sponsor or just help out one of these few of many wolves at the sanctuary as we have chosen to do. And bless the Wild Spirit Wolf Sanctuary for their hard work and efforts to fix what humans have tried to destroy – a free spirit, a roaming spirit – a wolf who is wild not a pet and not meant to be owned by anyone except Mother Earth. I’ll leave you with a few more pics of the other wolves they have on the Sanctuary.

They offer many opportunities to interact with the wolves if you so desire to feel the spirit of a wolf first hand but know in your heart these babies are here because people thought “oh how awesome” and found out “oh how wild, how big, how did I get myself into this”. Help the Wild Spirit Wolf Sanctuary if you can – go visit if you can – their purpose is one I am proud to sponsor on my website as well as being honored to have the opportunity to adopt one under the name of the Spirit of the Wolf Movement to which I will adopt him over to the movement as a sacred spirit animal who will help us on our journey. When we get pictures of the wolf we are sponsoring I will post them and leave you with my dear friend interacting with his new found buddy he met on the Sanctuary who is as big if not bigger than he is (=
